Objective

The Certified Enterprise Transformation Architect is intended to certify that the candidate is able to explain, contextualize, and apply the A.R.T.E. approach. to transform organizations with purpose, avoiding common mistakes and activating an evolution sustained by six phases:

• Phase 1: Strategic Discovery – Understand before acting, identifying context, objectives, and sources of value.
• Phase 2: Management Architecture Design – Build the structure that connects strategy, services, and governance.
• Phase 3: Co-creation and Prioritization – Activate collaboration and define the transformation roadmap.
• Phase 4: Iterative Implementation – Execute with agility, control, and continuous learning.
• Phase 5: Measurement and Optimization – Evaluate results, adjust and consolidate improvements.
• Phase 6: Scaling and Evolution – Expand the scope and ensure sustainability over time.
