Organizations providing products and/or services use Blockchain technology to enhance the customer’s experience since its structure provides reliability and trust.
Blockchain technology guarantees transparency of any transaction carried out, protection of personal data, and storage of data that the customer shares with the organization, thanks to its collective and unchanging nature. Likewise, its structure helps managing large volumes of information in real-time, which allows measuring customer satisfaction and timely decision making.
Management of real-time information tracking of products offered and their suppliers help the organization to improve the efficiency of its processes as well as to improve the customer experience. One tangible example is the retail industry, where customers can track a certain item from the production stage. For example meat, fish, and other products whose freshness can be guaranteed by having access to information about quality and origin.
Implementing this emerging technology is an important step in helping the business to provide its customers with an ideal experience.
