Experiment Board allows controlling the validation of hypotheses by creating and conducting experimentation and testing cycles. Likewise, this tool supports decision-making processes, and launching and redesigning of products and/or services.
Some key steps in experimentation are translating an assumption into different hypotheses, defining success criteria, and designing an unbiased experiment to move from the assumption to customer-validated learning. For this purpose, an assumption is an action or behavior expected from the customer to prove that the hypothesis is real.
This makes it easier for the organization to design an optimal customer experience at a lower price, in a shorter time, and with reliable and real information, which allows testing the riskiest assumptions, in a fast, interactive and easy-to-understand way.
Experiment Board has two parts: one for brainstorming and the other for experimentation and testing. Its main objective is to provide a framework for making coherent decisions by validating hypotheses from customers, as well as their problems and needs.
