DevOps as a work philosophy.

Nowadays, more and more organizations are developing software to provide their products and/or services.
Following the traditional method of working, the software development team and the operations team work independently.Although the operations team deploys the software, there is a possibility that what used to work in the development environment will not work in the production environment. Thus, this directly affects the project lead time.
As a work philosophy, DevOps proposes a different way of doing things. It encourages collaboration, teamwork, automation of repetitive tasks, shorter development cycles, simpler processes, thus maximizing efficiency. Also, it promotes the removal of barriers that usually separate the software development team from the operations team, targeting the strategy to encourage the entire team to focus on increasing productivity, reducing bureaucratic obstacles, and providing more value to the customer.
Organizations implementing this philosophy can respond at the speed required by the market, which is the key to the Digital Transformation process.
